Step into the sunlight during mornings.

Avoid excessive indulgence in strenuous physical exercise.

Indulge in your favorite sport/ physical activity. It decreases tension and stress.

Exercises like yoga, taichi, or brisk walking can be helpful to your body and mind.

Laughter improves our perspective and brings an increased sense of energy.
