DEVELOP A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE








Avoid stressful situations.



Take naps and get at least eight hours of sleep daily.



Avoid social comparison. There is no need to compare yourself with others. You are unique and different from the  rest.



Don’t retire as long as you still enjoy your work. Age is a state of mind.



Have a hobby, a stress reliever you can always go to.



Overweight people do not live long. It is best to maintain your ideal weight.



Refrain from smoking as it leads to throat and lung cancer.



Don’t get drunk. Arrive home alive.



No to soda/ softdrinks. It is loaded with sugar. Fresh fruit juice is better.



Prohibited drugs lead to addiction. It kills.



Relax. It improves blood pressure and heart rate.
